About the company
European Village is building Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio, a complex of five hotels in Gonio. European Village is part of the EV Global Hotel Group holding, which builds hotel projects. The hotels of the complex will carry the Wyndham Grand brand under an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts signed in December 2022. According to the developer, the hotels will be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, and holiday exchange runs through RCI. You buy a room in such a hotel outright and hand it over to hotel management. Before Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio, the company built three villa developments in Batumi, the latest completed in 2023.
The developer's approach
Restaurants, spa and service areas are built into the hotel design from the start, with separate routes for guests and staff.
The complex is designed for year-round stays, with kids' clubs, a medical centre, and kosher and halal cuisine.
Room owners use all the infrastructure of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex.
