Each has three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and a terrace with sea and mountain views, plus its own plot and parking space. With a townhouse you also get access to the hotel complex infrastructure. The developer puts the distance to the sea at 800 metres and plans completion for 2027.

The Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex includes 16 villas of 173.5 m², each with three bedrooms, its own land plot and a roof terrace. The villas are handed over with turnkey finishing, and the purchase includes access to the hotel complex infrastructure. At the date of the price list one villa is on sale, the rest are sold or reserved. The sea is 400 metres away by the developer's figures, and handover is planned for 2027.

Silk Towers is under construction on the first line in Old Batumi, 250 metres from the Ali and Nino statue. The project by Kengo Kuma & Associates comprises four buildings, and phase one covers Tower 1, Building 4, a 2-hectare park and a yacht club. Studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments are on sale, and the standard layouts include a terrace. Service and rental management are run by Silk Hospitality. According to the developer, phase one will be completed in December 2029.

Radisson Blu Residences is being built on the Gonio seafront, with a private beach belonging to the complex. It is a single 26-storey building with 581 apartments handed over turnkey and furnished. The plans include a pool, gym, restaurant, casino, coworking space and conference rooms, and owners can let their apartments through a letting agent. According to the developer's October 2026 report, the frame is complete and the facade is 90% done, with completion scheduled for 2027.

Wyndham Residences stands on the seafront in Gonio and has its own beach. It is a single building with 576 apartments handed over with furniture and appliances. According to the developer's September 2026 report, the lobby, reception and pool are finished, the Moonrise restaurant is open and five typical floors are complete. The price per square metre depends on the floor and the layout category. Owners who want rental income hand their apartments to a letting agent.
